Abstract: The research work has assessed the impact of leadership styles on change management and organizational performance. Participants included middle-level managers, workers, and trades people from a variety of businesses in the service, manufacturing, and trading sectors in Haryana and the National Capital Region (NCR). Hence, more research should be carried out, which involves a comparative study with an equal sample size of Indian and international organisations.
